THE manager of a Great Yarmouth sheltered housing block is to appear at Norwich Crown Court next month charged with stealing £25,812 from a vulnerable female resident.
Sally Unwin, who was managing Edwin Vincent Court in Standard Place, is alleged to have stolen the money from 89-year-old Valerie House between February 1 and August 1 this year.
Yesterday Unwin, 44 and who lives at Edwin Vincent Court, appeared before Yarmouth magistrates who bailed her to appear at Norwich Crown Court on January 14 for a preliminary hearing about her theft charge.
