A GREAT Yarmouth man has been jailed for two and a half years for his part in a robbery at a north Norfolk hotel.
Wayne MacKin, 26, of Lichfield Road, appeared at Norwich Crown Court on Monday with Martin Bamford, 24, of The Street, Swayfield.
The charge followed an incident on Thursday, August 19 where the two men forced entry into the Manor Hotel on Beach Road, Mundesley and assaulted a member of staff before leaving with a quantity of cash.
Both men, who had pleaded guilty at an court earlier appearance, were sentenced to 32 months imprisonment.
