A 33-year-old Great Yarmouth man has been charged with attempted arson in connection with an attempt to set fire to a large communal bin.
The man, who lives in Exmouth Road, is alleged to have made attempts to set fire to the bin in Blackfriars Road on Friday.
He has been released on conditional bail and will appear at Yarmouth Magistrates’ Court on November 22.
