MOTORISTS faced delays this afternoon when a lorry broke down at a set of traffic lights in Great Yarmouth.
It is believed the articulated lorry suffered an electrical failure at 1.45pm, which caused traffic to slow at Hall Quay.
A recovery vehicle was called to the scene and the road was re opened at 3.20pm.
