TWO burglars attacked a Great Yarmouth woman in her own home on Sunday.

The victim was punched in the face after a pair of men smashed glass in the front door of the York Road house.

The victim was punched in the face after a pair of men smashed glass in the front door of the York Road house.

Two purses were stolen during the break in, which took place between 6 and 6.35am.

The first suspect is described as white, aged 20-25, slim built, 5ft6 with a shaved hair and wearing a white hooded top with a puppy motif on the front, black trousers and a baseball cap.

The second suspect is described as white, slim build, aged 20-25, 5ft6 and wearing a white hooded top.
