NEWS that William Hill bookmakers is likely to move into a prime spot in the heart of Great Yarmouth has provoked mixed reactions.
Set to open in late August, it will fill the site left vacant at 3 Regent Road after Pizza Hut departed this April.
Some say that the last thing we need in the area is another bookies, and that it could be put to better use.
Others counter that to pick and choose in the current economic climate is foolish- if it means one less empty shop, and offers employment, that can only be a good thing.
