Acle United Ladies came back from a half-time deficit to beat Cambridge City 2-1 at TheFDC@Flegg.
The visitors started brightly and their pressure paid off when a poor ball from Hooper to Pasque put the centre-back under pressure and with City gaining possession, a shot was parried by Hooper, with Mills following up to score.
After an even start to the second half Acle equalised in the 51st minute. Shields headed a long clearance from the Cambridge keeper forward to Rowland, who put Todd away on the right flank and Bullard, coming in from the left, was able to convert the cross at the near post.
With five minutes remaining, a long ball from Larkins over the top of Cambridge defence found the onrushing Todd who beat the keeper at her near post to give the hosts a 2-1 lead.
Acle were able to close out the final few minutes to into third place in the league table.
This Sunday the Ladies travel to Boxted to play Colchester Town (2pm).
