Brandon Town 0 Caister 5
An Anton Ward hat-trick enabled Anglian Combination Divison One improvers Caister to reap maximum reward from the long trip to Brandon.
The Caister midfield of Lines and Rowley were dominant from the start, allowing the wingers to bomb on. Gary Fitzgerald made a late run in to the box where he was shoved in the back and Caister were awarded a penalty converted by Ward. He made it two with a screamer from the edge of the box. Caister continued to dominate in the second half. Ward made the third after getting out of the right-hand corner and pulling the ball back for Fitzgerald to tap in. Crawley made it 4-0 after beating the offside trap and rounding the keeper.
Impressive Ward completed his hat-trick with a fine effort, rounding two Brandon players and finishing cooly. Flaxman was impressive in goal but MoM for a faultless attacking display was Anton Ward.
