CAISTER Supermoto ace Lewis Cornish has bounced back from injury to take several podium spots this season.

Since suffering a fractured pelvis in April, the 15-year- old double British Junior Champion has shown a gritty determination to get back on track.

Currently in his first year competing in adult ranks, the Caister High School student missed the first half of the season after suffering the injury before the S3 250cc British Championship.

Now Lewis is heading out to compete at the Austrian World Supermoto GP, in what is the pinnacle of this demanding high-speed track and off-road sport.

To prepare for the longer circuits, fitness training at Bwell Gym, Hemsby and extended race bike practice sessions at Anglia Karting has helped Lewis get in shape for his toughest challenge of his short racing career.

A loyal group of sponsors have provided the invaluable support to help him achieve success.
