They had four boxers represent Norfolk in a team match against the North East.

All the boxers did the club proud with Jordon King and Artie Draper losing very close bouts and Caine Brunning and Nathan Dale recording good wins.

The club's members boxed in Demark, Caine Brunning winning a gold medal and Joe Burnett achieving silver.

Ten of the club's boxers made their debuts for the club. With nine Norfolk Champions and six Eastern champions it has again been a nice headache to chose trophy winners for 2007/8 season.

A club spokesman said: “We would also like to remember one of our coaches Carl Goreham who sadly passed away, he is sadly missed by us all.”
