Great Yarmouth & District Athletic Club’s 2015 award winners show off the rewards for their success.
Sophie McKinna and Maureen England presented the awards at the club’s annual meeting.
High jumper Alfie Leonard won best male performance with 1.78m for a top 20 place in the UK rankings.
Sophie’s shot put of 16.41m won the best female performance. This gave her third place in the UK rankings.
The overall club champion was Talia Barrett.
Sophie has also set a new county record in the county indoor championships of 15.13m at King’s Lynn, which placed her top of the national rankings.
