A young King's Crusader team fought to the finish against the experienced St John's B. It also went to the last game when Brendan McManus beat Darren Swann in the third 21-11.

ENSFC B played King's Church A and a very entertaining match saw the newcomers fight for every point before going down 6-3, several games lost at 21-20. Alex Harley won all three. These young players should do well in their first year in the league.

Claydon overwhelmed Hospital Dynamos 8-l with Chris Neve taking the only game for the losers.

Would all players please note in the tournament calendar, Divisional Singles should be April 26 not April 19.

Players may now practice Monday mornings at Northgate, which will ease Thursday morning play which has become very popular.

League matches start Monday and owing to the number of fixtures please try and rearrange, not postpone, matches especially those scheduled for weekend beginning December 21.
