Two white collar boxers from Great Yarmouth Motivations team fought at Littleport at the weekend.

First up was Adam Beales making his boxing debut against somebody 5kg heavier than himself. Adam got straight down to work from the opening bell looking for big body shots behind his jab. He dominated the round and caused a knockdown from a body shot.

Near the end of the first round Beales slipped on the corner of the ring and his opponent attempted to take advantage of this by hitting him while he was down. This only strengthened Beales’ will to win as he knocked him down again just before the bell to end the round. Beales walked straight out for the second round and opened up to stop his opponent via tko.

Next up was Gav ‘Big Guns’ Bailey. Attempting to take his undefeated record to three, Gav came up against a short but very powerful puncher.

Bailey knew he had to use all the skills he’s been working on to take advantage of his height.

Bailey boxed all three rounds with great jabs and straight combinations. To top it off Bailey scored a knockdown in the final round that sent his opponent flying across the ring. This secured him a comfortable points win, and he is now on the hunt for his first title. Both boxers would like to thank the army of fans that followed us to Littleport.
