The East Coast Black Belt School is to hold its first intra-club competition this month where members, including juniors, will have an opportunity to try out their skills and stamina against their peers in a range of categories, including fighting and kata sections.

The East Coast Black Belt School has training sessions around Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft.
