The East Anglian car recycling novelty nights series reaches its climax and it's the turn of the micro bangers to provide something a little different for the drivers to compete in, so expect plenty of Fiestas, Novas and Micras. The action should be non-stop.

Yarmouth's Matthew Brown leads the series but seven drivers could win the crown including Gorleston's Barry Beevor and Hopton's Bob Ballard.

The track championship for the ladies sponsored by Auto-Wise also draws to a close on Sunday. Norwich's Carol Reynolds has built up a big lead.

The Sierra-based lightning rods are back in town and very good they have been on their previous visits to the circuit this year. They will be contesting round nine of the Polleysport/Yokohama tyres series.

To complete a 12-race bill of racing the Thora formula two stock cars will also be in action racing replica cars seen in action around the raceways of the early 1960s.
