RUGBY: Broadland-Great Yarmouth’s first XV return to action following a week’s rest. The strong season continues against Thetford RFC in the semi-finals of the Norfolk Junior Cup.

Broadland Tigers play host to Staffordshire touring side Essington (kick-off 3pm) at Cobholm Playing Fields.
Broadland-Great Yarmouth’s youth section will host a youth rugby festival over the Easter weekend.
Premiership club Saracens will be sending their youth section and a number of clubs from around East Anglia will also be attending. Matches are scheduled from 10am to 4pm each day.

Broadland G-Y U16 visited Fakenham U16 and lost 44-0, showing great character which drew praise from their hosts after a match played in the true spirit of rugby.
