Oval Racing: It’s another busy night in store at the Yarmouth Stadium on Sunday, start time 5.30pm with a 12 race programme featuring four formulas, writes Graham Utting.
The lightning rods make their first track appearance headed by world champion, Caister’s Lee Skoyles, who recently brought out a stunning new car. Robert Gamble has been going well recently and could well be the man to watch.
The rookie rods will be competing for the Norfolk championship, and a southern victory could well be on the cards with only Karl Baker managing to take a home win so far this season.
The ladies’ bangers start their season-long championship with some new drivers, amongst their ranks. British champion Jane Allard will certainly take some catching but with the equally experienced Carol Reynolds it’s sure to be a very close series.
The bangers will be on hand to add even more to the action where a strong team from the East Anglian car recycling crew are sure to be mixing it with the regulars as they have on their previous visits to Caister Road.
