CAISTER secured six points from nine with their second consecutive away victory in Anglian Combination Division Two.

Caister named a squad missing Shellard, Jarvis, Turner and Kirk George and still produced a very convincing performance.

Caister played some excellent football throughout the game, starting moves off from full-backs Blake and White and working forward with good options and movement from the midfield and forwards.

Sole Bay had a player sent off in the first half for a reckless challenge, but this worked against Caister and at times they looked like the side a man down.

However, the scoring was opened by the impressive Adam Flaxman, who completed an excellent four-man passing move to give Caister the lead.

Further goals came from the lively Garrett Ward and the powerful and influential Fielding.

Caister were forced into changes late on when Striker Flaxman had to retire with a pulled hamstring, then strike partner Fielding was rested with his reoccurring calf injury.

Anton Ward was moved forward and with almost his first touch as a striker showed his class and composure to make it 4-0.

With time running out Caister conceded, was a harsh injustice to goalkeeper Lindoff and his defence who deserved a clean sheet.

Again Caister looked impressive with neat passing football through midfield exemplified by Murray and the ever improving and mercurial Danny Heller who took man-of- the-match honours yet again after another fantastic showing of invention.

Team: Lindoff, Blake, White, Murray, Rowley, Corke, Heller, A Ward, Fielding (Fitzgerald), Flaxman (Robson), G Ward.

Caister should be pleased with the start to their league programme but must realise they will face much tougher opposition than this sporting Sole Bay side, most notably so against Corton tomorrow at home (kick-off 2.30 meet 1.30pm), who will be looking to avenge Caister's impressive victory at Corton already this season.
