Hellesdon 2 Caister 0
Caister travelled to Hellesdon with a slightly-depleted squad. Hellesdon took the lead through an excellent finish early in the game. Caister had a Ford equaliser disallowed by the referee for offside. The first half was an even affair with half chances at both ends.
In the second half the game opened up. Hellesdon had a number of glaring opportunities well saved by Barrett, however they went 2-o ahead after a good move was well finished. Chances fell to Crawley and Hack to get Caister back in the game but nothing seemed to run for them and they were unable to break down the Hellesdon defence. Even the introduction late in the game of veteran Dan Crawley was to no avail.
MoM: Jordan Barrett for a good performance between the sticks
