Goals from Pillar and Thompson put the Cats on their way. Downham pulled one back and a fantastic double save from Molloy denied them an equaliser in stoppage time.

Lacon Arms will try in their quarter-final this week as they travel to West Lynn SSC. The league wishes Lacon Arms the best of luck as it aims to have two sides in the semi-finals.

In the Norfolk Primary Cup fourth round, Prostar Windows bowed out 2-0 at home to William Burt. This leaves MK United Reserves as the league's sole survivors in the competition, and again the league wishes them luck.

The Wiltshire Cup saw a fantastic game on the Rec as Shrublands and Hemsby Reserves fought out a thriller which finished 3-3.

Hemsby held their nerve in the shoot-out to progress to a quarter-final on February 13 at home to MK United.

The Burgess Cup was also at its quarter-finals stage. GY United progressed into the semi-finals with a resounding 12-0 win at Martham A which included five goals for Gino Hynes. They have a home semi-final with Caister United A.

Caister raced into a 5-0 lead at half-time, South Yarmouth fought back to 5-3 but this was as good as it got. This semi-final will be played on February 27 at 2.30pm on the Beaconsfield.

Bohemians are also through after winning 3-0 against Feathers as they look towards a possible Division Two League and Cup double. They face the winners away of the Gorleston Wanderers v Prostar Windows match. That semi-final is March 20, 2.30pm.

One game in the HA Holmes League Cup saw Reedham run out 6-2 winners against GY Peelers.

In Division One, MK United extended their lead at the top ahead of the big showdown with Catfield this week as late second-half goals saw them home against Tramway 7-1.

Albion saw off GY International 5-2 as they look to make a mark in Division One.

Both games in Division Two were called off.
