The Phoenix Karate Club was set up at Hillside Primary School in September to enable the pupils at the school to learn this discipline after school.

This club is proving to be very popular with the children and last week saw the first gradings taking place.

This club is proving to be very popular with the children and last week saw the first gradings taking place.

Seven achieved their yellow belt while one child achieved a yellow/black stripe belt.
