Despite there being several regulars missing due to marathon season starting, the Gorleston Cliffs Parkrun still had an impressive 302 finishers.

The course was bathed in sunshine, giving a warm welcome to 19 newcomers.

Marc Evans, of Great Yarmouth Road Runners, ran 18.10 and crossed the line ahead of James Cornish in 18.34 with Dale Hurren third in 19.07.

Junior Holly Bunn made her first appearance this year after focusing on cross country racing to finish as first woman in 20.50. Penny Studley was second in 21.14 with Colleen Mukuya third in 21.37.
