Despite there being several regulars missing due to marathon season starting, the Gorleston Cliffs Parkrun still had an impressive 302 finishers.
The course was bathed in sunshine, giving a warm welcome to 19 newcomers.
Marc Evans, of Great Yarmouth Road Runners, ran 18.10 and crossed the line ahead of James Cornish in 18.34 with Dale Hurren third in 19.07.
Junior Holly Bunn made her first appearance this year after focusing on cross country racing to finish as first woman in 20.50. Penny Studley was second in 21.14 with Colleen Mukuya third in 21.37.
Kevin Fuler has reached 50 runs, Caroline Walker and Tony John Wells have both reached 100 while whilst Stuart Young has completed a staggering 200 runs.
Stuart is a member of Bungay Black Dog Running Club and was supported by no fewer than 36 of his club mates who celebrated with a few post parkrun cakes.
