Gorleston and Great Yarmouth Town will both be aiming to bounce back from their first league defeats of the season when play in the preliminary round of the FA Cup tomorrow.

The Greens, beaten 2-0 at home by Stowmarket in midweek despite a good performance, hit the road to take on Southend Manor.

The Bloaters will be aiming to get Saturday’s 4-1 drubbing out of their systems when they play host to Basildon United.

Both clubs play in the Essex Senior League Premier Division, with Southend having claimed four points out of six so far and Basildon nine out of nine.

There will be a coach to the game departing Emerald Park at 10am, costing £10 a seat.

Great Yarmouth are hoping for a decent crowd at the Wellesley for their game.

Gorleston Reserves begin their season tomorrow with a match at Freethorpe while Great Yarmouth Reserves travel to Aylsham (both 2.30pm).
