Gorleston Football Club’s annual meeting is being held tonight in the clubhouse (7.30pm).
Both Gorleston and Great Yarmouth fans will have six extra league matches to enjoy next season.
The FA has released the step five allocation for next season which confirms the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division will expand to 24 teams, up from the 21 it had last term.
Mildenhall Town have been promoted and only bottom side Swaffham Town ended up being relegated, with FC Clacton and Wivenhoe Town earning reprieves.
Coming into the league are relegated sides from step four Histon and Wroxham while Stowmarket Town, Coggeshall Town and Haverhill Borough have all been promoted from Division One.
The First Division will consist of 21 teams, with Leiston Reserves spared relegation and the addition of Little Oakley, Spixworth and Norwich United Under-23s.
