Gorleston are on their travels tomorrow afternoon when they visit the Glassworld Stadium to play Histon in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division.

After last weekend’s round of matches, Histon were three places and four points ahead of the Greens and had lost five of their previous seven games.

Then, on Tuesday night, Ipswich Wanderers visit Emerald Park (7.45pm kick-off).

Wanderers are third bottom, level on points with Fakenham, and have only won two league games all season.

One of those was when they beat Gorleston at their own ground back in September.

The Greens will be desperate to get back to winning ways - and give Stewart Larter his first win as manager - after a poor run of form that has seen them slip to 14th in the table.

Gorleston Reserves travel to AFC Lynn in the Norfolk Junior Cup third round (1.30pm) while

Gorleston Under-18s are at Kirkley & Pakefield on Thursday evening.

Martham moved up to second place in Anglian Comination Division Two when they claimed an impressive 4-0 victory against Wells Town at Beach Road.

Sam Patterson scored two of the goals while Darren Patterson and Ollie Woodhouse were also on target.

There’s a big match at the Coronation Ground tomorrow, with Martham playing host to leaders Easton, who lead the way by three points after winning six and drawing one of their seven games so far. Kick-off is at 2pm.

Great Yarmouth Town Reserves came away with another good result away at Wymondham Town Reserves. Goals from Vincent two, Harman, McAra and Stanford secured a good 5-2 victory for Travis Manning’s men as they kept up the pressure in Anglian Combination Division Four.

The Bloaters’ second string face the long haul to Gayton United tomorrow.

In the Mummery Cup Caister gave a solid account of themselves away to an in-form Norwich CEYMS side before bowing of the Anglian Combination’s senior knock-out competition.

CEYMS are still unbeaten this season as they won the game at Hilltops 3-1.

Darrell Delaney, Darren Smith and Tom Amis got the home side’s goals with Nick Bailey replying for the visitors.

Caister are at home to Blofield in the league on Saturday.
