The Triple S Fight Team were in action at the WKU English Open in Birmingham.

Tia and Keira Sayer were asked to enter with just 48 hours notice but were ready for the challenge.

Keira entered the K1 category, making her way through the qualifiers to the final and winning in 43 seconds by TKO to become the WKU English K1 champion.

Tia, in her last Cadet Championships, won all three of her categories to become the 15-17 years K1 Thai Boxing and Full Contact Kickboxing English Champion. Working her way through all of the qualifying rounds she still had the strength and determination to take on the three finals in quick succession. Over seven years she has amassed seven junior world titles and over 34 national titles making her the most successful female martial artist in Great Yarmouth. The team are based at Lenny Boys Gym in Estcourt Road with junior classes £10 a month.
