Great Yarmouth Town’s call to supporters

PUBLISHED: 09:26 28 January 2011

An open meeting of supporters and club committee of Great Yarmouth Town FC met to discuss the setting up of a Bloaters’ supporters’ association/trust.

It was led by commercial manager Carl Harding, who appraised the supporters of the need for a new grouping within the club.

A free and frank exchange of views and ideas took place and four supporter volunteers said they would be prepared to serve on a committee for such an organisation.

It was agreed to arrange another open meeting, for Monday, January 31 at 7.30 at the Sandown Road clubhouse (The Talk of the Town), when further discussions would take place and committee arrangements/membership confirmed.

All supporters are invited to attend.

“Have your say, put your ideads forward or jusr come to show your upport.

“The future of the club depends on you, the supporters!”
