PUBLISHED: 15:45 20 September 2012

Gorleston Parkrun saw 32 personal bests in a 115-strong field. Judy Potter and Ben Harris achieved remarkable age-related scores of 79%.

For anyone who would like to start (or re-start) to run (or even walk/jog) later on Saturday there is a “Running for Beginners” group, teaching safe and steady progress with warm-up, stretching and easy routines, all fun-based and with attention to all abilities. This is at the Shrublands Centre on Magdalen Way Gorleston from 2:30 pm.
