International darts prizes total £30,000

GREAT Yarmouth’s five-star Vauxhall Holiday Park is hosting the 2011 International Family Darts Festival which attracts players from the UK and overseas who compete for a £30,000 cash pot.

Running between March 10 and 13, the highlight is the J R and Vauxhall Holiday Park 128 Plus Classic where the winner receives £1,500 and runner -p £750.

If either player gets a nine-dart finish during the final they win an extra £2,500!

There are other competitions including Random Pairs, Men’s Pairs, Mixed Pairs, Mixed Triples, Ladies’ Pairs, Ladies’ Singles, U18 Youth Competition and a Random Dartaholics event.

Prices for the darts weekend start at £37 per person (price based on four sharing Sandpiper 4 accommodation). There is entertainment each night, including a live band on Saturday evening.
