Kickboxers impress at grading

Thirty seven junior members of the Yarmouth and Lowestoft 3 Lions Kickboxing Gym took part in their grading.

They were tested on their punching and kicking combinations, kicking and blocking, fitness and ringcraft.

They were tested on their punching and kicking combinations, kicking and blocking, fitness and ringcraft.

The advanced students were also tested on their clinch work and sparring skills.

White band: Arron Monson, Damien Burnham, Chelsea Neller, Hadley Neller, Charlie Cannel, Brandon Greenaway, Brandon Bourton, Jayden Vanden Ecker.

Yellow band: Levi Munro, Cameron McGarrigle, Kelsea Carroll, Caitlin Carroll, Ebony Carroll, Lewis Carroll, Eleanor Briard, Charlotte Broom.

Orange band: Tommy Bracken, Lucia Graziano, Sydney Butcher, Tyler Lopes, Dylan Lopes, Ben Mitchell, Oliver Simpson.

Green band: Tyler Munro, Imogen Casey, William Casey, Sebastian Hevens, Courtney McHugh, Connor Mchugh, Nicky Mchugh, Michael Andrews, Jade Marie Campbell, Luca McComb, Conor Judge.

Blue band: Jade Munro, Conor Judge, Steph McNab, Henry Andrews.

Purple band: Jade Munro and Conor Judge.

Brown band: Conor Judge and Jade Munro.

Dave and Frank congratulated all the students who all put in 100 per cent effort into the two-hour session.

Junior classes are held at the 3 Lions Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays under-nines 6.15-7.15pm over-nines 7.15-8.30pm at their base on Escourt Road in Great Yarmouth.
