Forty members of the 3 Lions kickboxing team from Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft achieved their next grades.

World Junior Champion Cameron McGarrigle achieved the highest grade, the coveted Red Arm Band, which means he is now a junior instructor.

White Band: Chiara Spink, Paige Webtser, Kai Williams, Joseph Wilkins, Jack Wright, Mariah Murray, Dane Adams, Louie Adams, Haydon Adams, Jake Docwra and Chaney Docwra.

Yellow Band: Katey Plummer, Chloe Plummer, Devon Andrews, Rhys Andrews, Iuri Barradas and Shanice Baker.

Orange Band: Kelis Sabourn and Carlos Regini-Moran.

Green Band: Aaron Monson, Hadley Neller and Chelsea Neller.

Blue Band: Charlotte Broom, Jack Docherty and Kelsea Carroll.

Purple Band: Tyler Munro, Ben Mitchell, Lucia Graziano and Oliver Simpson.

Connor McHugh, Nicky McHugh, Jade Marie Campbell, Becky Baily, Imogen Casey, Sebastian Havens and Luca McComb all achieved their Brown Band. This is just a step away from becoming junior instructors.

Coaches Dave Munro and Frank Crosswell were very impressed with the high standard of all their students.
