RUNNING: There was an excellent run from Great Yarmouth Road Runner Sean Jermy on Saturday evening in the Norwich Lord Mayor’s 5k race.
Just to qualify for this event is a good achievement and Jermy ran a very good time of 18.44 to come 69th in the field of 100.
There was a fine turn-out of Road Runners at the latest parkrun with 12 Seasiders making up 11 per cent of a field of 109.
