Handball is a game of speed and agility, with two teams attempting to throw a small ball into their opponents' goal (rather like a football net), which can be achieved by bouncing or throwing the ball.
Kicking the ball is not permitted, although the person in goal may use any part of their body to defend the goal area.
The aim of the club is fun. Training will begin gently in the early weeks and become harder as the club develops. All are welcome. Eventually it is hoped that the club will be affiliated with England Handball.
People can just turn up on the day, or can call (or text) Rachel on 07814282275.
