A total of 313 runners met for their weekly parkrun at Gorleston Cliffs.

It was dry and with a moderate wind from the south, it allowed 89 runners to achieve personal best times.

Parkrun is about participation, enjoyment and a shared love of the event which encourages people of all abilities to join in. Congratulations to Lisa, Grace and Mollie Newstead who achieved a best time of 43 minutes, knocking a minute from their previous bests.

Both first positions were claimed by regular runners Darren Barnes and Penny Studley (24th overall) who in the process set new bests of 17.51 and 20.27 respectively. Second was Marc Evans in 17.56 and third was Dale Hurren in 18.31. Ellie Kershaw finished second for the ladies in a best of 21.45 with Sarah Lauchlan third in 22.42.

Lee Harvey, in his 50th run, set a best of 21.40 and Sean Dunn had his 100th run.
