POTTERS Leisure Resort at Hopton will be hosting the PartyCasino.com Premier League Snooker Finals for the second consecutive year, bringing the biggest and best names from the snooker world to the east coast, and reinforcing the reputation of Potters as a centre for world-class sporting excellence.

There are seven players competing in the knock-out stages of this year's competition which began in Penrith Leisure Centre on September 3: Ronnie O'Sullivan, Marco Fu, Neil Robertson, Judd Trump, John Higgins, Shaun Murphy and Stephen Hendry. The top four will go through to the Semi-Finals at Potters on Saturday, November 28, with the Final the next day.

Potters are promoting the snooker weekend as a Festive Weekend Show Break at a cost of 184 per adult from Friday, November 27 for 2 nights. Included in the break price is accommodation, full board, a host of sport and leisure facilities to enjoy, first class entertainment each evening from Potters Theatre Company and Mark Brewer, plus the option for guests to buy reduced price snooker tickets at 17.50 for Saturday's semi-final and Sunday's final, or 25 for both.

Snooker-only tickets can also be purchased for 18 (semi) and 22 (final) from the box office on 0845 437 9890.

Eight matches have so far been played in the premier league from a total of 21, and currently topping the league is Judd Trump, having won two and lost one game. The reigning champion, Ronnie O'Sullivan, together with World No.4, John Higgins, also make it into the top four whilst each still has a game in hand. Neil Robertson completes the line-up, currently sitting in 2nd place with a win, a draw and one lost game.

However, with 13 matches still to be played, the leader board could still change significantly. The next set of matches will be played on October 15th in Aberdeen Exhibition Centre.

The last completely privately owned holiday centre in Britain, the resort is set in 65 acres of stunning East Anglian countryside. Nestling right on the coastline between the beautiful counties of Norfolk and Suffolk, Potters is a wonderful setting for an ideal getaway.

When you add-in the exceptional leisure facilities on offer, the five-star accommodation, the fabulous food and the superb entertainment, it's easy to see why Potters is so highly rated by all who visit the resort.

Guests staying at Potters for the 2 night snooker weekend can add Sunday Night for half the brochure price, at a total cost of 226 per adult from Friday for 3 nights. Sunday evening includes more fantastic entertainment to round off the weekend.
