Perfect day for rugby sevens
BROADLAND-Great Yarmouth Rugby Club held its annual Interclub Sevens, played as always in memory of club member David Blizzard. One of the first hot and sunny afternoons of the year provided near-perfect weather for rugby sevens, and there were plenty of tries.

The team led by Ash Lightfoot took the trophy, after remaining unbeaten all afternoon.

Broadland's end-of-season summer ball and awards night takes place on Friday, June 12 at the Broadland-Great Yarmouth's clubhouse.
