RANGERS TOP TEAM: Gorleston Rangers U9C entered the R & T Tours Great Yarmouth Soccer Challenge against teams from around the country and a couple of local teams. This was great competition at seven-a-side.
Rangers had 10 boys available with Fenn in goal, Keir and Harry defence, Robbie defence/midfield, Sam and Regan midfield, Joe wing and defence, Sammy and Josh wing and Ethan striker. All the boys were outstanding and the new boys really added quality passing to an already excellent team.
Rangers played some fantastic fast, attacking football with a great defence.
Rangers made it to the final, which they won 1-0. Many people from other clubs on tour praised this team for their great workrate, excellent passing and deadly finishing.
A big thanks went to all the parents and supporters – well done to the whole team.
The goalscorers were: Ethan (3), Josh (3), Joe (2), Sam.
