The next race on the calendar is the 14th Scores Races at Lowestoft on Sunday - 4.75m including 409 steps.

Many local runners will now be in full preparation for the RNR on the weekend of September 19/20 with others looking forward to running the Great North Run at Newcastle on September 20.
