At the Great East Run in King's Lynn the club's sole entrant Steve Stringer ran a personal best of 52:58 for a very creditable 681st out of 1,480 runners. Nine runners from the Seasiders battled hard in the 310-strong field with runners from all over the county and further afield taking part. First home in 20th, running strongly at the moment and the first to get close to the pb was Andrew Manning in 37:24.

Again running strongly were Sean Jermy 39:15 and Steve Dady 41:53 both again close to pbs and finishing highly placed.

First lady home and the only Seasider to clinch the pb was Lorraine Dawson in 49:22. Next to follow were Carole Spong and Sylvia Dady in times of 53:40 and 53:49, Sylvia making this her fourth 10k of the year. To follow came three older members with plenty of experience in this distance: Ivan Lees getting quicker as the year progresses in a time of 54:29, Bob Arnell 64:11 and Jim Spong 67:48.

The final set of results come from the Race for Life held in Norwich. Times not required as it's all for a good cause so well done to both Heidi and Maddie Peach for running the race.
