WORLD championship kickboxing returns to Great Yarmouth this month when world lightweight champion Bin Tyler, Yarmouth's most successful kickboxer ever, of the 3 Lions Gym, puts his title on the line against Portuguese K1 champion Nuno 'Duran' Correia.

WORLD championship kickboxing returns to Great Yarmouth this month when world lightweight champion Bin Tyler, Yarmouth's most successful kickboxer ever, of the 3 Lions Gym, puts his title on the line against Portuguese K1 champion Nuno 'Duran' Correia.

He has 10 KO wins and is a veteran of over 35 K1 and Muay Thai bouts, and the showdown is at the Ocean Room on Sunday, August 22.

ISKA and WKA six-times world light heavyweight champion Marlon Hunt (Ipswich) should also be in action, taking on a French fighter.

There will be four England against Ireland international bouts on the bill with Yarmouth's world silver medallist Dan Dawson taking on highly-rated Irish champion Dillon O'Connor in a K1 rules bout,

Kelvin Allen and Charlotte Broom will also be facing Irish opponents, and Poland's Daniel Naliwikjo will be up against Ireland's Mark McConnell.

The event, which will be the biggest kickboxing show ever to be put on in the Yarmouth area, also features Aaron Lewis against Scott Hanks in a K1 battle.

There will also be a full bill of support bouts to the international and title fights including Norwich fighter Duane Green against Newark's Steve Salter, and Yarmouth's Marty 'Boy' Duke rematching Norwich's Paul Sadler.
