Another beautiful day attracted 382 parkrunners to Gorleston Cliffs for the weekly 5k, just two short of the record.

Many clubs were represented but none more so this week than Bungay Black Dog RC who had 42 members attending to support Alice Kirk, who completed her 200th run.

There were several other significant milestones reached this week - Matthew Frary (50), Teresa and Paul Greensides (50 and 250), Christine Haylett, Rod Cooper and Linda Page (100) and Vinny Jones (300).

The top three finishers were Darren Barnes, Tyler Bilyard and Leigh Butcher. For the ladies it was Penny Studley, clocking her 45th first finish, Jo Lockhart and Alice Craddock.

A special mention must go to a trio of women who earned the top three spots in terms of age-graded performances. Diane Pamplin, Christine Muttitt and Pauline Leeves all putting in exceptional efforts.
