This gala is of a particular high standard with every county in the country taking part, and up to 1,100 swimmers.
With Olympians Ross Davenport and David Carry in attendance, they acquitted themselves well.
Jack was first up in the 100m backstroke where he returned a new pb, as he did in the 100m fly, taking one and half seconds off his previous time.
Olivia was next up in the 100m fly, and although she swam superbly she found the opposition tough.
Shanise and Jack were both in action in the 4x50m relays where Norfolk finished seventh and ninth.
Norfolk were in the second division and finished tenth overall, and congratulations went to the local swimmers and the club.
There is a mini gala tomorrow, at the High School pool 2pm, you can still enter.
