She was one of a group of nine young Norfolk tenpin bowlers at the trials.
She and Matthew Fidgett, 16, from Costessey, qualified to represent England at the 2009 Junior Triple Crown in Stirling, Scotland over the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Both qualified with five other bowlers from across the country in their respective divisions of U18 males and U18 females.
After a gruelling day of 16 games Rachel came fifth to join the elite club of England bowlers.
This will be the first time that Rachael, who has bowled out of Great Yarmouth Youth Bowling Club since the age of four, will represent Team England.
