A FIRST half goal fest saw Gorleston romp to an impressive 4-1 win at Thetford Town on Saturday.
The Greens were in front after just three minutes through Mitch Forbes. A brace from Kevin Howes and Pete Lambert strike on the stroke of half-time effectively sealed the points for the visitors.
Striker Simon Mann pulled one back for Town after the break and missed several good chances as Gorleston sat back on their lead.
The visitors went back on the offensive in the closing minutes with Neil Hurren striking a post before twice testing the Thetford keeper.
Gorleston entertain Stowmarket Town at Emerald Park tomorrow kick off 7.45pm.
