Three Lions students make the grade
THIRTY-TWO of the Three Lions Thai and Kickboxing Gym's junior students took their gradings last Sunday, tested on punching and kicking skills, controlled sparring, Thai clinchwork and fitness and bag and pad skills.

The grading was followed by the Three Lions Christmas party and awards at Rudy's nightclub.

Coaches Dave Munro, Bin Tyler and Frank Crosswell were impressed with standards of all the members who graded, and thanked all their members, the parents and sponsors for their support in 2008.
The club has put on five tournaments this year and attended 10 others around the country, including London, Reading, Ipswich, Essex, Stowmarket, and Bury St Edmunds and achieved excellent results.
Anyone interested in real kickboxing with coaches who between them have had over 200 full contact (Thai, freestyle and boxing) bouts, and been coaching kickboxing champions in the region for over 20 years should contact the gym on Escourt Road off Northgate Street (Yarmouth).
