The fixtures are coming thick and fast at the racecourse during August when so many holidaymakers enjoy an afternoon or an evening out at the races.
There are no fewer than six racing days during the month, climaxing with the Bank Holiday Weekend Family Funday on Sunday, 29 August.
The racing and music afterwards on Monday night are certainly something to look forward to. The first race is at 5.30pm, with the finale at 8pm, after which Ultimate Madness come on stage.
Admission is �22 to the premier enclosure and �15 to the grandstand and paddock enclosure. Online booking is at www.greatyarmouth-racecourse.co.uk where discounts are available in advance.

Accompanied children under-16 are always admitted free of charge at Great Yarmouth Racecourse.
The horse racing is of good quality at the fifth fixture of the month on Tuesday, 24 August. The highlight is the �10,500 Caravan Club Great Yarmouth Racecourse Handicap Stakes. First race is off at 2.30pm.
