Windmill made it the perfect week after clinching the Great Yarmouth Sunday League First Division title by winning the KO Cup against old rivals El Sol.

After only eight minutes Windmill made the breakthrough when a long throw was flicked on by Chad Pillar and finished by Jordan Stanton.

Three minutes later Pillar blasted home a penalty to make it 2-0. With 15 minutes left of the first half El Sol had their best period and were rewarded with a sublime free-kick from Keegan Middleton. But just when El Sol thought they were going in at half-time 2-1 down Windmill got a corner which was flicked on and Arron Huggins ran in at the back post to volley in.

Soon after the break El Sol came close to clawing it back but Goodrum was there to clear it off the line. Halfway through the second Hogg and he slotted into the bottom corner to make it 4-1. Things were not made any easy for El Sol when Eddie Short was sent off for two yellow cards.
