It has been a great debut season for Windmill who also won took the KO Cup by beating three Division One sides along the way, including El Sol 2-0 in the final.

They added the Division Three Cup with a 3-0 success against Hemsby and they completed their quest for every trophy they entered by winning the Norfolk Junior Cup on penalties at Dereham.

Fellow new side Belton FC finished runners-up in the division with Hemsby finishing third whilst Rampart Signs

and Venture Albion make up the bottom

two places.

The second division was won at a canter by Newtown Golfers, who fell in the final game when trying to go through their season with a perfect record. They also completed the double by defeating Acle Wanderers 1-0 in the Division Two Cup final.

Nothing Special came in as runners-up with Memphis Belton and King's Arms Crusaders making up the bottom two.

The first division saw its closest title race for a number of years with just three points separating the top four.

Camden Tavern managed to retain their title but Archers, Norton and El Sol pushed them all the way with El Sol's final-day 3-1 win over the champions securing them second place.

It was a good season for El Sol as they also lifted the Division One Cup after a thrilling 4-3 win against Camden Tavern. They reached they Senior Cup final, but playing Marlborough at Carrow Road was a step too far as they succumbed to a 5-0 defeat.

The bottom two places were filled by Hemsby SSC and Gorleston Albion.

The presentation night will take place on Friday, May 22 at The Albion public house in Gorleston.

That completes another season and

league officials hope players enjoy their summer break.
