Winterton all-rounder Danny Snowling is the Cecil Amey Norfolk alliance player of the month for May.
Over the course of the month Snowling scored 339 runs at an average of 67.8. including scores of 96, 86 and 84.
This was backed up with 16 wickets at an average of 11.87 including performances of 4 for 14, 5 for 38 and 4 for 14.
Brendan Scott (Hardingham) was a close runner-up with scores of 104 not out, 100, 61 and 87.
Snowling made an important contribution with the ball on Saturday as Winterton got back to winning ways in Division Three with a hard-fought three wicket win over Sprowston A.
He took 3-30 to back up Ben Utting’s 3-7 as Sprowston were dismissed for 133 in 32 overs.
Winterton didn’t find it easy in reply, with Snowling going for just nine, but Josh Austin saw them home with an unbeaten 46 as Tom Whichelow kept him company.
