Great Yarmouth & District Athletic Club members scooped 10 gold medals in the Norfolk County Sportshall Athletic Championships at Norwich.
The event enables athletic competitions to take place in sports halls with specially designed equipment such as turning boards for running events and mats for long and triple jump.
The entry for this event which caters for U11, U13 and U15 age groups was well over 200 athletes.
Yarmouth athletes had a very good day winning over 20 medals, 10 of which were gold. Several athletes will gain selection for the Norfolk team to compete in a regional competition and if successful as a team will then compete in a national competition at the NEC Birmingham.
